The European office of NanoXplore is located in Mainz, Germany in close proximity to the Frankfurt International Airport and in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
Germany has one of the largest industrial economies in Europe, with a strong manufacturing presence across a wide range industries which may benefit from graphene. Rhineland-Palatinate is the center of the German chemical and plastics processing industry which stands to benefit greatly from the introduction of graphene in coming years.
The European Union, home of the discoverers of graphene, possesses an emerging graphene ecosystem of research bodies, collaboration partners and many firms with the global market presence to help us launch our products and grow quickly.
NanoXplore intends to establish itself as a strong local member of the graphene ecosystem and a leading innovator in applications. We also intend to provide high quality, functionalized graphene, graphene derivatives and other formulations to aid customers in their use graphene.

Dr. Francis Nedvidek served as Chief Executive Officer of Cube Optics AG and Chairman of the Executive Management Board until Oct 2014 when HUBER+SUHNER acquired Cube Optics. Dr. Nedvidek has over two decades of experience spanning technology innovation, product and market development and general management roles. Dr. Nedvidek has held executive positions with corporations in Canada, the USA and Europe including CEO at Photnitech Inc., VP Marketing & Sales at Resonance Photonics Inc., VP Marketing at Von Roll Isola Ltd., and Director, International Marketing & Sales at Leica Optronics Group. Dr. Nedvidek holds a Ph.D. in Laser Physics M.E.Sc. and B.E.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and holds a P. Eng. Designation in Ontario, Canada.
