Nous mettons \u00e0 profit notre technologie propre, exclusive et brevet\u00e9e afin d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos clients une vaste gamme de solutions \u00e0 base de graph\u00e8ne, incluant la poudre GrapheneBlack\ud83c\udd6a ainsi que du m\u00e9langes-ma\u00eetres de graph\u00e8ne, et ce, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de notre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019extrusion qui supporte divers polym\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Le GrapheneBlack\ud83c\udd6a est une poudre de graph\u00e8ne hautement polyvalente qui convient \u00e0 de nombreuses applications commerciales. La poudre GrapheneBlack\ud83c\udd6a a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e afin d\u2019assurer un \u00e9quilibre optimal entre le mixage et la fabrication. Cela a permis \u00e0 NanoXplore de maximiser la viabilit\u00e9 commerciale du graph\u00e8ne, tout en faisant b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier nos clients de nos \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts. M\u00eame si la poudre GrapheneBlack\ud83c\udd6a convient \u00e0 une vaste gamme d\u2019applications, elle sert particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des plastiques et polym\u00e8res.<\/p><p>En avril 2020, NanoXplore a annonc\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de sa propre initiative de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une batterie au graph\u00e8ne. Une telle initiative repr\u00e9sente plus de cinq ans de R&amp;D effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019interne et en collaboration avec des partenaires. Notre Groupe technologie du carbone a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un solide portefeuille de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et de savoir-faire dans plusieurs applications en lien avec les batteries au graph\u00e8ne. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, nous nous concentrons \u00e0 ajouter du GrapheneBlack\ud83c\udd6a\u00a0aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s chimiques de Li-ion actuels dans les anodes de Li-ion activ\u00e9es au silicium, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la vitesse de recharge. Les march\u00e9s finaux potentiels pour l\u2019utilisation de telles batteries au graph\u00e8ne peuvent \u00eatre les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie ainsi que les camions et autobus \u00e9lectriques. Afin de faire \u00e9voluer une telle initiative, la compagnie planifie cr\u00e9er un laboratoire d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la R&amp;D des batteries au graph\u00e8ne, et ce, afin de supporter un plan de pr\u00e9faisabilit\u00e9 li\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une ligne pilote et fabriquant des anodes de graph\u00e8ne et des batteries au Li-ion. Nous croyons que notre technologie rentable de production de graph\u00e8ne nous permettra potentiellement de retirer du march\u00e9 le graphite sph\u00e9rique des anodes des batteries au Li-ion. De plus, cet avantage de prix contribuera \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les probl\u00e8mes de co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019adoption commerciale du graph\u00e8ne dans la cha\u00eene
